EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchange or return arrangement will only be granted under the following circumstances:
- Purchased item arrives defective or broken
- The wrong item has been sent to the customer
FX Creations is only liable for these two circumstances mentioned above if the customer provides sufficient evidence and proof that the purchased item is not in alignment to the described condition mentioned on our website within 7 days from the date the customer receives the item.
Please make a “Returns” submission under your “My Account” section. Your case will be followed by our customer service team who will request for further photo evidence before commitment to any exchange and return.
If customer placed an order on our website but decides to cancel it, please contact our customer service team on email@example.com to cancel the order as soon as possible so we could stop the order from being dispatched. If the paid item has been sent out, we are unable to cancel the order or and will not refund the total amount paid.
Purchased products will have 6 month maintenance on parts such as the zipper, seam stitching, straps and buckles (excluding wallets, accessories, and gift). Damages caused by misuse will not be covered.
For maintenance, please take the product to any FX Creations stores in Hong Kong along a print copy of the receipt. Administrative cost and part costs will be charge if customer cannot provide the original receipt.
After the 6 month free maintenance period, administrative cost and parts cost will be charged for any repair if necessary. Maintenance costs vary due to fluctuating cost of materials.
Please understand that FX Creations will not responsible for any failure of maintenance due to discontinued parts. Under this circumstance we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
